Tenor cutaway ukuleleIn 2008 I built a unique run of ukulele for FUN in Finland. These were presented at their first festival. I was approached again to participate in 2009 and support the festival with a tenor ukulele.
With the increasing popularity for Kamaka style slotted headstock ukulele as played by Jake Shimabukuro I went about re-designing my classic body shape, creating a Florentine cutaway in the process. This is the only cutaway design I do in the acoustic range. I has a powerful yet sweet voice and is innovative in its design and concept.
